What is a community interest company?
A CIC is a new type of company, designed for social enterprises that want to use their profits and assets for the public good. A CIC company must pass a community interest test to ensure they are working for the benefit of the community. We are a company limited by guarantee, which means we are a not for profit business.
What does Bounce do to ensure it meets the community interest test?
Our business is both as ethically and environmentally sound as we can make it. We purchase from ethical suppliers, reuse/recycle materials, use public transport where ever possible and engage with fundraising projects for local charities where possible. We nurture the relationships we have with our employees, associates, creative partners and participants in order to ensure everyone benefits from the service Bounce offers.
Artistically we have developed a range of partnerships with charitable organisations, developing new projects to support their work. These include: Creative Corners, Shooting Star and the Phuket has been good to us foundation.

Does Bounce have a child protection policy?
Our child protection policy has been designed in line with best practice principals. All of the company is CRB checked and trained in issues of safeguarding and child protection. Please contact us if you would like more information about any aspect of our child protection policies.
I would like to book a workshop for my school, but I don't see what I am looking for here, what should I do?
We have created numerous bespoke projects for schools. Please don't hesitate to contact us for a chat and consultation to see how we can help!
How much does a Bounce workshop cost?
Our projects are quoted for on an individual basis. This is to allow for greater flexibility to work in line with budgets, times and needs. We also offer discounts for multiple bookings and large projects.
Do we offer work experience?
We don't offer formal work experience opportunities at the present time. Occassionally we offer volunteering opportunities on our projects. Please contact us for more information.
