We are interested in finding a way to get to the "light bulb" moment, when an individual engages with their own creativity, whether it is within a workshop, project or rehearsal.
Our process uses a blend of chill out, explore, create, share and relax techniques. This provides participants with a framework for learning by scaffolding activities to ensure create discoveries are made naturally and intuitively. This process can cross over from a workshop with seven year olds to professional actors.
We learn through our process to take risks, be bold and not to do decide where we want to end up before we have begun, thus the process of discovery has become for more exciting!
