Our extended schools projects offer something for the whole family!
DRAMA COMPANY
Children form their own theatre company, devising a performance of their choice. Members are able to experience other aspects of theatre making from design to programme making!
GREEN PUPPET PROJECT
Children design and make their own puppet using refound and recycled materials. This culminates in an informal performance for family and friends.
TEPEE THEATRE
A Tepee is constructed and the children can climb in to listen to a story. From this, they explore shadow puppetry to create their very own piece of Tepee Theatre.
DESIGN PROJECT
An exciting opportunity to bring in different theatre skills in design - be it set, costume, props or masks. This is a great opportunity for children to develop design and making skills.
CREATIVE HOMES
An exciting project that uses craft to generate creativity activity. Parents make the puppets and the children make the play - or vice versa! The range of activities offered under this project cover everything from masks, puppets, pop up books, juggling balls, kites to costume design. Contact us to find out more.
FAMILY DANCE
A project that provides an opportunity for mothers to participate in a dance + fitness class, whilst their children attend their own dance drama class!
STORYTIME
This is an opportunity for parents to participate in workshops that look at generating the magic of storytime. We provide participants with a range of ideas to use books or make their own stories with their children to encourage a love of reading and of language.
