Bounce is delighted to launch a new opportunity for young people interested in performing unusually!
Theatre in Unusual Spaces is a site specific devising project. The piece has been developed by Bounce Theatre with a group of college students. Inspired by the Seven Ages of Man, looking at how stories and spaces shape and define us with age. The performance uses the architecture and landscape of Kingston as it's stage and will be performed across both weekends of the forthcoming International Youth Arts Festival in July. Interested participants will be able to explore performing traditional theatre in non traditional spaces, along with invisible performance and dance.
The project has now been opened to recruit young people between the ages of 13-16 to form a cast for the show. Rehearsals take place on Monday evenings and sometimes weekends.
