Journey to X: Offers for schools

With Journey to X little more than a month away, Bounce is delighted to offer special deals for schools!
Bounce is delighted to producing Journey to X, a new play by Nancy Harris, as part of the National Theatre Connections Festival. Journey to X is about a group of friends raising money to get to London to audition for the world's biggest talent contest. Not everything is as glamourous as it seems in a journey that plunges teenagers into an adult world.
The play explores pits young people's desire for fame and fortune, against the reality of a choice, such as rushing into a relationship. It's a great play to explore character construction and playing with dialogue. To that end we're offering a range of offers for any schools groups that might like to come along!
Groups of 5-10
* Teachers come for free!
* We'll provide you with a resource pack, designed for students use to help them rehearse G.C.S.E / A'level pieces. It uses the techniques that we've developed with our cast, to find the potential to block your scene through singing, analysing a scene through movement and more!
Groups of 10+
* Teachers come for free
* We'll provide you with the aforementioned resource pack.
* We'll include a one hour workshop on creating a character. This can take place in your school after the show, or at the theatre before or after the performance*.
